When someone come home with hunger and tiring because of work, fast food becomes the main choice for them. They do not have time to go to kitchen or shopping to supermarket just to get a various of healthy food.
Besides saving time, it can also save costs. It becomes the right choice for those who want to save money such as boarding students. Buying fast food is cheaper than cooking or buying food at the supermarket. Moreover, not all fast food is dangerous; there is also a healthy fast food such as: salads, grain bread, and lean meats.
It is also proved to have some disadvantages for its consumer. The largest disadvantage of fast food is because these contain a lot of fat, sugar, oil, calories, and addictive substances. The process of frying also makes it becomes an unhealthy food. The frying process can destroy most of the essential nutrients inside the food itself. If fast food is consumed continuously, it will cause very dangerous diseases including heart disease, stroke, obesity, and many more.
The food is also considered as a factor which reduces harmony in the family. It happened because it makes some families are not able to spend time together. Meanwhile, meal time with family is the most appropriate time for all family members to get together and share their experiences. However, fast food sales center quickly take this quality time. Especially for young people, they prefer to eat at fast food outlets along with their friends.
From the short discussion above, it can be concluded that fast food has its advantages and disadvantages for its consumer. A 2010 study by researchers at the University of Houston found that the average absence rate for girls in middle and high school decreased by 7% after the introduction of uniforms. It is because school uniforms make getting ready for school easier, which can improve punctuality. When uniforms are mandatory, parents and students do not spend time choosing appropriate outfits for the school day. The last, school uniforms are a symbol that every student is equal in getting same education. School uniforms will not differentiate whether the students are rich or not and students’ economic or social class.
In other hand, school uniforms can affect negatively on students psychology and performance in learning at school. First, school uniforms restrict students' freedom of expression. Third, some students also find uniforms less comfortable than their regular clothes, which may not be conducive to learning. In conclusion, school uniforms remain important of the students’ forsakes. Students will be discipline and will focus more on learning. However, to cover all disadvantages of school uniforms such as restriction of students’ freedom of expression, students’ self-image, students’ comfort, and school uniforms’ extra expense, there are several recommendations that need to be considered. First, allow the students to wear or use some accessories as long as they are not break the regulation. Accessories usage can free their expression, self-image, and promote their comfort in learning. Second, use two kinds of school uniforms only; the formal school uniforms and scout uniforms. It is because extra school or institutional uniforms will require extra money from parents.

At present, the average person has a tremendous busyness. This busyness makes some people choose something that is practical and easy to get. This makes fast food grow rapidly.
But unfortunately we often forget that fast food has a different content than the healthy food we cook ourselves. That's why most fast food is included in the category of junk food or low-nutrition foods.
Junk food that contains lots of salt, sugar, calories and fat, will be dangerous if it is not balanced with healthy food. Consumption of junk food continuously will damage our body because the high fat content will trigger obesity. Obesity is the main trigger for dangerous diseases such as heart disease and even cancer.
Junk food is indeed a picture of something that is modern in culinary. Junk food symbolizes today's practical life. But excessive consumption and even dependence on junk food will have a negative impact on us. Junk food is still considered safe if — as it is understood — it is only consumed as a snack with a very rare duration. And it would be better if it was balanced by consuming more healthy foods and exercising properly.

Living in a big city has both advantages and disadvantages On the plus side, it is often easier to find work, and there is usually a choice of public transport, so you don’t need to own a car. Also, there are a lot of interesting to do and places to see. For example, you can eat in good restaurants, visit the museums, and go to the theater and to concerts. What is more, when you want to relax, you can usually find a park where you can feed the ducks or just sit on a park bench and read a book. All in all, city life is full of bustle and variety and you need never feel bored. However, for every plus there is a minus. For one thing, you might have a job, but unless it is very well paid, you will not be able to afford many of the things that there are to do, because living in a big city is often very expensive. It is particularly difficult to find good, cheap accommodation. What is more, public transport is sometimes crowded and dirty, particularly in the rush hour, and even the parks can become very crowded, especially on Sundays when it seems that every city dweller is looking for some open space and green grass. Last of all, despite all the crowds, it is still possible to feel very lonely in a city. In conclusion, I think that city life can be particularly appealing to young people, who like the excitement of the city and don’t mind the noise and pollution. However, many people, when they get older, and particularly when they have young children, often prefer the peace and fresh air of the countryside.
